Edit: Went again today hoping to purchase said glassware and a few other things. Despite the posted hours stating they open at 10, the door was locked and no one answered the phone. Very disappointing. Went in recently for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was, particularly the glassware! The store is neat and organized with nice displays, and the man that served me (whom I'm assuming is the owner or a manager) was knowledgeable and professional
They actually had a ton of geek bar flavors when I went on Monday. They even had a vape that looked like a doughnut, and Chris actually gave me a real doughnut. I will say he is very knowledgeable, and im not just saying that because I got a doughnut.
Auto is a great help with anything I need. Perfect customer service
I went today for the first time. I have been vaping since the 2009, using lava tubes and the like at that time. Something changed with the Vape stores. Either staff got dummer, or the owners do not care about who they hire for sales. Meritocracy is not factored in. I came to this store because.... face it. The stores in the Uptown area, when you ask staff direct questions about the products that they sell.... they have no idea. This store? Had answers. And a selection of vapes. Coils. Juice. Tanks.
