Woman who answers the phone is nice but i ordered a product weeks ago and still havent recieved it and when i call she has to contact her "boss". Took a week or longer for response. 7 days later i called again because i still had not recieve what i ordered. Called again and she had to contact her boss to find out where my package was. THE BEST VAPE STORE IN AUBURN. I highly recommend. I am from camillus and I highly recommend vape kult if you are in auburn. I love the girl who works there her name is Makenzie and I love how open and honest she is about everything slayyyyyy. Go there plzzzzzzz 10/10 would recommend.
