I used to like the place, but the customer service is crap. There are people who will treat you well, but.. not all of them. There is no reason to be treated poorly as a customer. I dont complain about things, but when you spend money for products that are so burnt and told, "well, you should have paid more money for better product" its a complete slap in the face and no one should be treated this way. I will no longer return to thos store.

I travel a lot for work, so I go to a ton of smoke shops across the US. This is the best shop I go to out of all of them. That's in terms of quality, selection, prices, and customer service. Their great reputation is well-earned. I'd like to specifically mention that Julian is the staff member that I speak with most often, and he represents the shop with a kind, personable, friendly attitude that makes me look forward to coming back. The employees were nice and everything, but I bought a vape tried it right when I came outside and it tasted burnt, completely crappy. I went inside to ask them about it and they told me the brand is just crappy and it tastes horrible and they have a bin with cheaper vapes that are better. I feel like good customer service would’ve been to have told me that prior to Selling me a vape that you know is horrible just because it’s more expensive.
