An upsetting situation had occurred with an employee of this shop but the owner, Marla, was extremely kind in rectifying the situation and made me feel heard. She deserves all the support for her kind behavior and professionalism.
If this is the same owners of the vape gallery off of Main Street this applies if not disregard….my fiancé went in to purchase vapes and a blonde woman working the counter took his ID and handed it back saying “we don’t serve your kind” to him as he is a trans man who hasn’t been able to update his license yet. That’s absolutely ABSURD. Hate crime is never okay in any context and I’m absolutely taken aback hearing about this. I hope this woman gets a reality check the next time she pulls that disgusting behavior.
Marla and her team are awesome people to work with!! Very professional and to the point. Best vape shop in greenville hands down!
