It was ok
Gave me the wrong item which was just probably mistake due to the brand names being so similar and side by side. but the fact that it was a total wrong flavor inside the box and having the retail associate say she has to wait for the manager to respond to her text to even switch out my item or even do a refund and it has been well over 2 hours and she still has not heard from them at all. I feel bad for her. If you run a business I would think you should be responsive for your employees with customers coming in out.

I called the store asking if I could walk back and exchange the bottle. They said no because people lie. I get it. People suck. But a $20 dollar loss is a $20 loss and I definitely will not be taking my business back to this location. ... read more
