I just called, and I asked in a very polite manner, “do you have any water bongs for an oil burner.” And the lady whoever is working at 5AM August 15th said, “no we don’t.” And hung up on me really before she was even done answering the question. I had two more questions. She deserves to be fired. Simple phone etiquette like that she should have understood after the first day of training. I would give negative if I could ! I was sold a broken piece, didn’t know it was broke till put water inside ! “Jessica “ said she couldn’t do anything but 10% off another one. I paid $80+ for something that was broke the sales guy didn’t even know it was broke ! I didn’t even want my money back just an even change was even willing to go down some from what I paid ! Can’t even use what I paid for !!!!

Customer service was pretty good. I went to purchase a vape & some juice. The guy was very helpful and explained the functions of it. Kinda pricey, but they offer rewards so that’s a plus!
