God awful. I've been to better vape shops they will sell you a pricey vape only for it not to work the way it should. I've minimized vaping but if you do like vaping trust me bro there are better spots leave this store to the posers.
Two Years of Loyalty Wiped Out – Zero Support Response!! I am writing this review as a last resort because every other channel—in-store visits, phone calls, support emails, and even providing my information to HR—has resulted in zero follow-up. I have been a loyal customer at Vape City for two years, ALWAYS saving my rewards points. On March 22nd, I confirmed with a staff member in-store that I had a balance of over $200.
