Honestly these people are really weird. I've been shopping there for a few years because they have certain prices and products I can't find in any other stores sometimes or because it is far more convenient. It is poor customer service every time from every single employee. Really bad vibes I always leave feeling bad and really awkward (and I guess judged lol). Wish I could give no stars employees are not helpful at all everyone is on their phones at the front counter and they don’t know ANYTHING about the products they sell BEXAR ROOTS is better and cheaper plus staff is friendly and knowledgeable
ALWAYS treated GREAT whenever i go in here, I deal with Stress induced Epilepsy and they ALWAYS make me feel welcomed and help me get things that help me continue enjoying life <3
