I just went in to get help with coils for my vape. I wanted to ask a question and get help but the girl with blonde short hair knew nothing about vapes and couldn't help me at all. I don't understand why they hire someone who knows absolutely nothing about it. She said come back when the other workers are there. Won't be back to this location. I will take my business somewhere else.

I have bought 3 RAZ disposables and they all have run out juice on 3 days and the battery is only down 1 bar. I called the store and was told I don't know what to tell you. There is no way for someone to go thru a vape that quick on normal mode. I have been buying from them for a long time and unfortunately won't be go back on the future. Bad customer service!
