I keep coming back to this shop because of the great customer service, especially from Madi! She is always extremely friendly and helpful, and I’m impressed that she remembers exactly what I buy every time I come in. It’s such a small thing, but it makes you feel like a valued customer rather than just another person walking through the door. Madi is a huge reason I continue to shop here. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and she definitely deserves to be recognized!
