Do not deal with Kendra. If you must, FACT CHECK EVERYTHING! I found out most of the information she gave me was false. Always get a second opinion. UPDATE: Spoke with the Dan from Vice president of Consumer Banking. Was incredibly kind and resolved my issue. He was incredibly kind on the phone and really listend to my concerns.
The service that Leah gave us on the phone was just awesome! The lady that helped us inside the credit union was very knowledgeable and helpful
