Dear KAREN... ...government issued PHOTO I.D.s ARE accepted. DUH. Which mine absolutely was for the scotia card you asked me to describe... which I did(card had crack in it/card number.. including the card logged in on my phone and my government issued Photo ID...for the card...with no name on it to compare my 'ID' to...and no paperwork to sign... I highly recommend this 'manager' gets some sort of refreshment on Basic customer service skills. I'm sorry for the secretary having to witness such behavior from someone in a lead... read more

Love Vantage One -- the people and the services! Yes, the hours they are open is less than in a bigger city, but there is a drive-thru bank machine you can use, and online banking. So happy they came to Peachland!
Bank machine sometimes goes out of service but the staff are excellent and treat customers right 5☆
