Back then, known as DMAFB Federal Credit Union we served a little under 600 Members and had less than $60,000 in assets. Very polite and professional.
Lazy people, don’t want to work. I called the main line and was scheduled an appointment here to print some statements. They didn’t want to help and asked me to come back the next day.
This is the absolute WORST branch. Every time I come to use the ATM it’s either fully out of service when I need cash or if I am trying to deposit cash it’s down too. I’ve only been able to actually use the ATM machine once out of the 30 times I’ve tried. Unfortunately it’s the only branch around me between work and home. Time to change banks to one that is actually consistently accessible. Stopped again today 3/12 and yet again the ATM won’t take a cash deposit. This is ridiculous.
