Updating my below review today 1.11.24 Unfortunately not once but twice workers at this credit union have sent us on a wild goose change to find a Drive-Thru. First of all, when you call in, the workers at local office do not have a quick resource sheet to answer "Where are nearest Drive- Thru", you have to wait 10+ minutes while they go check and ask, etc and yet they still give you wrong information. One worker told me Drive- Thru opened on Wilmot/Speedway, though we told her we've gone and its always closed, she said prob... read more
I have never had a problem, everybody is very friendly and nice. The only thing I would suggest would be to have more tellers, especially on Friday, the lines are kinda long, and I have trouble standing. Other than that great service.
