Just went to Vantage West on Cortaro they no longer have tellers you talk to an ATM that echoes through the lobby with all of your personal information. I used to love Vantage West because you got a personal touch this is beyond terrible!
Extremely disappointed with Vantage West. The process has taken far longer than promised, with little to no communication or urgency on their end. Every step feels delayed, and getting clear answers has been frustrating. When you’re dealing with something important, time matters and Vantage West clearly doesn’t respect that.

I've been a member here for a number of years now. The service and staff USED to be very good. But they got rid of them all and replaced them with machines. Basically a row of ATM machines. I'm opening an account somewhere else and switching banking institutions now. I went to this bank because I didn't want the headache of the twelve steps of using a machine, the possibility of the machine breaking and keeping my card, and the real threat of data breaches and issues when using machines.
