They got rid of their tellers. I hate this. So inconvenient. What happened to customer service, isn’t that what credit unions are supposed to be about. People helping people. Bring back customer service please.
Friendliness and knowledgable
Used to be an amazing bank but the past couple years I've had nothing but problems to the point where I don't even bother using the account anymore because literally every time I use the account my card gets locked out literally every damn time they think everything is fraudulent!!!
I will Recommend Vantage West to all my friends. Very Nice and Helpful Staff.
