Got rid of the tellers, call center for fraud reporting is in a different company that immediately asks for my full social security number, online app is clumsy and doesn't replace the need for interacting with the humans they just fired.. A+ work team, you destroyed the best credit union I ever had. I am closing my accounts, you are officially worse than a regular bank.
If I could give a zero I would...... atm wasn't working so I went inside to find out the staff was replaced by even more atms..... and you have to make an appointment to get help with simple transactions.... soooo odd and horrible decision made by the company I will be looking into banking somewhere else now
