Came to cash a check here. I don't have an account, but figured it wouldn't be a big charge to cash a check under $50. She informed me that it would be a $10 fee! What a ripoff. I ended up leaving without cashing it because that's just ridiculous!
Just went to Vantage West on Cortaro they no longer have tellers you talk to an ATM that echoes through the lobby with all of your personal information. I used to love Vantage West because you got a personal touch this is beyond terrible!
Extremely disappointed with Vantage West. The process has taken far longer than promised, with little to no communication or urgency on their end. Every step feels delayed, and getting clear answers has been frustrating. When you’re dealing with something important, time matters and Vantage West clearly doesn’t respect that.
