when i got a secured credit card, this branch manager refused to give me a receipt for the $500. years later when i requested the deposit back, they had no record of it. I requested an investigation. they never responded

Worst service EVER! I wrote a $4,000 check from my account. When it posted it was taken out TWICE ($8000!). Vantage west was aware of the "technical error", but absolutely refused to fix the error or adjust my account. They told me I would get my $4000 back only AFTER they had done a complete review of why it had happened, and that this process would take A WEEK. So they took $4000 from my account and are keeping it until they can figure out why they stole it from me. UNBELIEVABLE!
