My bedridden mother had a neurology appointment today in Lodi, they dropped her off with the caregiver a block away and left without even securing that she was at the right spot. The caregiver had to use the map to find out the correct address which had a very big sign on the main road telling the exact number and to wheel her on the wheelchair with the severe pain that she has. Very unprofessional. I am going to escalate this to higher levels.

Okay, so last Friday, their first day picking my husband up at home for his trip to dialysis, and they were 45 minutes late! Today, their second time, they were supposed to be here at 1:00 pm. At 1:10 pm, my husband called and they told them that their driver had to pick up another patient at a different dialysis and take him/her home and should be to our home about 1:20-1:25 pm. Terrible service and no regards to the writer's time and other obligations that a writer may have after showing out hundreds of dollars for a trip

A scam , pays minimum for a headache company , also dont recieve checks in mail and calling hr , they didnt even speak English . What a horror

Very lack luster customer service. They hardly can ever accommodate an actual pickup.
