There are cockroaches in my room
I love coming here! Not only is it Affordable, the customer service is over the top! The maids are super sweet and not rude at all!(like most hotels). The front desk is awesome!!! Patrick is the best! They really know what they are doing, And it's hard these days finding a hotel with A+ customer service!!! The breakfast muffins are soo yummy! And even though I wished I was in a newly renovated room, the room I was in was still super clean! The carpets are clean and the bathroom was shining! Not too mention that the towels ar... read more
This place was ok rooms were as expected, service was mediocre. Location was the main issue as there were a couple of homeless nearby whenever we went to leave our room.
So my mom needed a room for the weekend as she was just kicked out of her apartment of 13 years. I give her my credit card and she books. When her bf and her arrives with the card they refuse to check her in and accuse her of stealing the card. Once they don’t get checked in I assume I would be receiving a refund as the guests were not able to check in. I wait 2 weeks and still have the charge on my card.
