I've been a member since 2021 and so far so good. Haven't had any issues and the customer service is pretty normal in my experience. And I'm about to get my son set up with an account in the next couple of months because he just started his first job.
Worst bank I’ve been apart of. Their customer service centers are useless and not helpful at all, cards are constantly being locked for no reason by the bank I absolutely hate it as well as outdated apps and cards that don’t have tap to pay features, I will be switching banks asap.
I have been banking with vantage point for over 10 years and I see how employees don’t stay I went to the bank to deposit my check the day before the Fourth of July it was dated for the 4th and I was told I couldn’t deposit it even though I know that was a lie because it has been done before then I went back on Monday to deposit my check and the employee asked me for my ID I couldn’t believe it saying she had to prove it was me because my ID had expired then another employee come to the window talking about it’s a new guidel... read more
