This place is dirty smells bad I live here it’s been 4 years of hell im on the mental heath floor with no counseling I dnt even kno why im on this floor very few of the staff is nice the rest are ignoring what you say and are rude they dnt even speak English some of them that work here dnt even understand English this place smells like a dirty hamster cage that’s what it reminds of thank god for the good staff not many but are great medications are never on time they don’t have a reg nursing staff we never kno who will be wo... read more

Terrible care , no phone for a month Never answer call bell and most don’t speak English, it’s a disgrace and I’m working on getting her out of there , stolen money and other items, rude cnas terrible fake food 8 months still no phone

My sister is a resident at Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield. She is in the nursing home there. She is very happy there. The nursing staff and all the people who work there are wonderful to all the residents. I gave Vantage 5 stars for excellence!
