I read all of the reviews, including the negative ones. I then called them to get a sense of who they are and what they are about. ultimately I chose to move forward and boy was i right to do so. The staff is amazing, polished, well mannered. they were prompt to communicate with me whenever I needed an update via email or phone call. it was great not worrying about getting billed for every min on the phone or email. My situation got complicated. They were organized, responsive, and made sure I never felt lost in the process. What could have been stressful felt manageable because of their guidance.
I had a terrible experience with Vantage Group Legal Services and strongly advise others to stay away from them. I trusted this firm with my family law case and paid them $8,000, believing they would handle it professionally. Unfortunately, after taking my money, they completely stopped communicating. I wish I could give negative 5 stars. They stole my money. Refusing to answer my calls emails and texts. The lawyer never responded to anything. Just took my money. Tried to contact them to get my money back and nothing. The lady blocked my number. The are scammer. The reviews are made by them not real people. The only I can get their attention is to post a review. I’m contacting the bbb and bar association. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
