OMG Shantell Felton is fabulous. She took care of everything before we arrived so the loan process and opening a new account were super easy! I highly recommend calling her and also Vantage Credit Union. I didn’t understand the advantages of banking with a credit union. And , to boot, the interest rate is more than just competitive.
