It was the most easy process to open up a savings account. The experience and treatment was exceptional!
Have been with Vantage for years. However when trying to open a new CD today, their new computer system would not allow them to transfer our information to open a CD. They had to reenter all data. IT Department needs to fix this bug. Frustration for both employees as well as we as customers.
Emily ELL and Christie were awesome and so kind in assisting me with a rare request in getting paperwork I needed to sign. They went above and beyond with my challenging request and very patient with me while I tried to locate all the necessary documents. Thank you so much. I greatly appreciate it.
It was so convenient to be able to go to Vantage and have them help me with a notary. Emily was very nice, friendly and competent. I was in and out of Vantage in a breeze. It was a relief to be able to have this taken care off so painlessly.
