Id give Vantage a 0 if it was a choice. Cost my 96 year old mother >4K in fradulent debit card charges. She didnt even activate it. Told us we didnt report soon enough. Happened 3x with 3 new debit card numbers. Impossible to set up Walmart or Paypal links. Dark ages technology. Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

I love Vantage but when they moved across the street there is ZERO privacy. I had appointment, but he was with someone so I was helped at the front desk, ( very nice )but they ask you your account # , your passcode the amount and all personal information , in front of everyone . Not only me but everyone that came in and went to one of those little open “rooms” with the virtual teller. We could hear EVERYTHING. Stuff that is none of our business. Andre Gray at the St. Peter’s location was great. Had a situation come up and after a few changes, phone calls and a couple emails, Andre was able to handle the situation in a timely manner. Vantage has been good to me, glad to be banking with them.
Andre is the best at what he does. I came in asking for an auto loan. Long story short I didn’t get approve for it however, Andre went out his way to seek for other options. Not only Andre found another option, he got me approved for more than I ask for. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I highly recommend him!
