My husband just passed in Feb. I came to place my daughter on my account and Amy suddenly smiled and said “I knew your husband , he would come in and write his request on a white board. He was always prepared and nice. I was so sad to hear he passed.” How nice to bank at a friendly neighborhood bank that knows the clients and who cares. Thank you for excellent years of helping us. I want to "sing praises" for Megan at the Cave Springs office. She took an abundant amount of time to assist me in reporting 9 charges to my account over $1000.00 that I had not made. I had called into member services 1st, & the 1st lady (Katie) gave me instructions that ,to an 80yr old lady, didn't make sense. I asked her to explain & she just repeated what she had said, not making it any clearer & said good-bye, letting me know she didn't want to go the extra mile to help me.
