Three weeks ago I deposited my cash. Pretty good chunk. Every time I call them asking where my money is they give me a new date that is pushed further and further. The last guy I spoke to was incredibly rude and told me “looks like you will just have to wait” excuse me? So unprofessional. That is MY money. If I don’t get it soon, this company will be sued. That was a lot of hard earned money.
If I could I’ve it 0 starts I would. I deposited over $1,800 cash and haven’t received a penny in my bank account. I’m getting really scared it’s been three days. My bank isn’t even showing anything pending or sent me any notifications. My first time coming here and will be my last. This will not be the last time you hear from me and I will be getting my money back.
I’ve been with Vantage Credit Union since I was 16 years old, and it has always felt like home to me. The staff at the Wentzville, Missouri location is truly amazing, and I especially want to recognize Mercedes, the Assistant Manager in the Loan Department. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and so easy to communicate with. She’s always responsive and has helped me on several occasions without hesitation. I don't know how I can give more than a 1 Star. My charges are constantly being denied, you have a limit of $1,000 used on your debit daily and $5,000 on your credit daily. It's very easy to exceed these limits in one day especially if you're paying your bills and there's no way to get past it or to lift it temporarily and don't get me started on the customer service. They act like you're asking for their first born child if you need anything. I'm not kidding these people are rude. I've taken 10 minutes to write this review ... read more
