Nancy is one of the few genuinely kind people left on this planet. Was wonderful to work with all the way through; communication was prompt, rate was good, she didn't belittle me (and there were many opportunities to do so), and always had a friendly voice when calling me. There might as well be no other banks in Alex. You're the best, Nancy. I really mean it.
