Terrible customer service. After you spend your money they don't care. I had warranty work done on my new lawn mower. Replaced the starter and on my way home from picking it up they called and wanted to charge me for the battery. Five months since I bought it and only 10 hours on the machine.
customer service is the best , after years of getting service on my 225L done there I bought a new line of lawn equipment and the service before and after the sale has made this my favorite place to shop for all my lawn equipment needs.
