Very disappointing experience at the Vans Watertown store. Alexander, who introduced himself as the Store Manager, was rude, arrogant, and falsely claimed our toddler's shoes had been worn outside, even though they had only been tried on at home. As loyal Vans customers, we won't be returning to the Watertown store because of this experience.

We had a very disappointing experience on Saturday morning at the Vans store in Watertown. We needed to exchange a pair of toddler shoes that we had purchased there just a few days earlier. I explained that my 18-month-old son had tried them on once at home because that's the only way to know whether they fit properly. I was served by a lovely employee, named Yen? (Not sure if that's how it's spelt) She was so lovely and patient with me while we were shopping and asking questions. She wasn't hesistant to check at the back multiple times for different sizes and colours, overall was a very lovely person with the prettiest smile :) Thank you, Yen, for your amazing service! ❤️🥹
