PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. Their customer service is EXTREMELY POOR!!! I was accused of being at fault by the REGIONAL MANAGER because I wasn’t home when my parcel was delivered which I paid $20 SAME DAY DELIVERY BY THE WAY. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, they told me I had to go and collect the item myself as it is my fault. Absolutely exceptional service from Ruby! I accidentally ordered the wrong size of my favourite vans, and whilst they didn’t have the correct size in stock as they are a discontinued line, Ruby was very helpful in trying to help me find a new style! If I run a retail business, I’d be trying to poach her!
Very poor customer service. That young lady so bored and fed up having people in store… slow and very unreliable. She looked for a shoe horn in her cupboards so annoyed we asked for one until she just responded impatiently: “I don’t have any!”

Very poor service. Girl wasn’t even in store had to call her to come to the floor she didn’t help me at all no knowledge about the product. Ended up didn’t getting the shoe even though I liked it but the horrible service made me not want to pay for it.
