Bob is okay at sewing but probably is the least capable businessman I've dealt with in years. I bought my project to him midsummer. He said he thought he could finish in three months. that fall I checked and he hadn't got to it. He said three more months. By the end of the year certainly. He would not communicate. Van's did a wonderful job recovering our dining room chairs. Also rebuilt cushions and added support straps below. Wide selection of fabric, great workmanship, fair price. Strongly recommend.
