PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. Their customer service is EXTREMELY POOR!!! I was accused of being at fault by the REGIONAL MANAGER because I wasn’t home when my parcel was delivered which I paid $20 SAME DAY DELIVERY BY THE WAY. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, they told me I had to go and collect the item myself as it is my fault. Today my wife and I walked into the Vans Outlet Liverpool, we were the only two customers in the store. The two sales girls were behind the counter and didn’t even break conversation to greet us or ask if we would like some help. This is not the first time we have experienced this at this store. A bit of customer service goes a long way in retail. Means the difference of making a sale or having the only two people in the store walk out empty handed.
