Nobody was there to help, shit quality products
Horrible customer service, had a clear factory fault on a shoe I had for less than 2 weeks, manager said I couldnt get a swap. Wasnt even wearing a name tag so cant even name and shame
I had these shoes for a little over a month when the bottom started to peel away. I went to get them assessed for a warranty claim. Before I went to the store I washed them due to them being muddy. The 'manager' inspected them and said that he couldn't do anything because it had "wear and tear". I said well yea its a skate shoe its supposed to look like that If you skate it but it shouldn't peel after a month.
