Sales person told me any store in the mall selling vans is stocking an inferior/knock-off version and pressured me to buy off their websites since they did not have my size.
I ordered size 27 of this utility skirt online, but it was way too big to wear. I thought size 27 means the actual size of the waist and the online store doesn’t tell the product size. The actual size is 31 inches. I brought the skirt to the Metrotown store. The price went up by $20. But the staff was extremely helpful to reorder size 24 for me for the same discounted price as I originally ordered. I received the skirt size 24 today. It’s beautiful!
