Carlos did an excellent job helping me with a warranty issue with my Vans. He made sure to make the situation right and it was clear that he understood the importance of standing behind the quality of Vans products. Many thanks to him and his team for helping me.
Manager needs to relax a little bit I guess. All the associates were on top of us the whole time asking if we needed help when we just came into the store to take a look.
I bought a shoes and had a promotion to buy the second pair for 50% , I got it to my daughter and the shoes didn’t fit , I returned to exchange to a different size and they didn’t have it , I chose another shoes that was on promotion but when they did th exchange they want me to pay the shoes full price even thought the shoes was on sale and it was even cheaper then the other one that I got before .
