"Live support" on the website is just extremely unhelpful AI. The stock check functionality on the website is faulty- and the AI just refers you back to use the website, and can't put you in contact with a person. AI is not the answer to everything: it's hurting your bottom line, not lifting it.
2 girls at the counter were more concerned with talking about their weekend then trying to help the customers in their shop. Walked around the store at least 3-4 x trying to find what I was after after I tried asking them for help, and then gave up and left.
