Purchased these shoes back in November for bike riding,shoes are still in excellent condition on the sole of the shoe, but inside the heal it's started to come away.went into store today and was told it's general wear and tear.Haven't worn shoes since April and it's first time we have been back to Perth in ages and disappointed with the customer service.Shoes ain't cheap cost $150 and I've had vans shoes previously and still have them in better condition than these and they are over 5years old.Ive purchased vans gear for ove... read more

My husband and I walked into Vans, we were looking to buy some shoes. There were 3 workers chatting and laughing who saw us come in and look at different shoes. They offered absolutely no assistance instead continued with their convo/laughing. Won’t be going in there again. Really need to work on customer service!
