walked into Vans Karrinyup tonight looking for a pair of shoes. young guy was super helpful and let me try on multiple pairs
My husband and I walked into Vans, we were looking to buy some shoes. There were 3 workers chatting and laughing who saw us come in and look at different shoes. They offered absolutely no assistance instead continued with their convo/laughing. Won’t be going in there again. Really need to work on customer service!
Sarah made shopping at Vans fun and wanting me to come back and buy more products. She is professional and approachable and knows exactly what is good for the customer. Upper management needs to praise her good work. Will be back for sure. 🫶
Have been served by Geneva multiple times and she always goes above and beyond. Customer service is 10/10 and I will forever go back to this store for the incredible service. Give this girl a raise or something, she deserves it!
