Went in yesterday with a list of shoes for family. Some were only available online. Staff said they could order them and get them delivered. I paid for them at 2.40pm. They arrived the next morning at 11am - from Perth!! Was so shocked I rang the store to thank and get their names (Jairu & Courtney) and major credit to Perth for their facilitating this. What amazed me was there was no guarantee of any time limit other than "Within the week"!! Wow!

On December 29, 2024, between 3:30pm - 4:30pm, we visited the Vans store at DFO Homebush to shop for shoes. I instantly loved a particular pair, but there didn’t seem to be my size on the shelves.
