Elliot, A real genuine and honest person to deal with! Had nothing overly good to write home about torpedo 7, bought a brand new bike from torpedo 7 Rotorua and before bike was even ridden found multiple issues with it. Even had the manager try to argue with me on an issue that I found with one of his other display bikes. Anyway I Dropped my bike off to the team at Vanquish on Saturday and not even lunch time Monday and two bikes I dropped off both sorted. I highly recommend Vanquish Cycles, I just got the BEST service, they're such a professional and friendly team, super knowledgeable and experienced, really felt I could trust them to help me select a bike tailored to exactly what I needed. Excellent price value too! One very happy customer.
Not often do I write a review but these guys deserve it! Great advice, great product, great service, great price, great communication, great people. 2 bikes and a rack later…all i have is praise for them and a sore bum coz after a long hiatus from riding (like 3 years ago) my wife decided that a 34 k ride was a good way to re-start our cycling! Thanks team!
