Fantastic service for an urgent job installing a new seat post for us as we passed through Tauranga. Went out of their way to open outside of hours, provided some great advice on ensuring the install was going to work for the rider before proceeding, and did a great and professional job on the install itself. Ensured the whole family could get out for some riding together. Thanks so much!

We are very happy customers. My husband and I recently bought a Merida 25 Expresso for me and a Sinch Mode 2 Internal MY23 electric bike for him plus a bike rack. We could not believe how wonderful the personalized service was that we received from Vanquish Cycles to make sure we got the right bikes for our needs. Elliot, A real genuine and honest person to deal with! Had nothing overly good to write home about torpedo 7, bought a brand new bike from torpedo 7 Rotorua and before bike was even ridden found multiple issues with it. Even had the manager try to argue with me on an issue that I found with one of his other display bikes. Anyway I Dropped my bike off to the team at Vanquish on Saturday and not even lunch time Monday and two bikes I dropped off both sorted.
