Ive been a resident here these past 18 months! (1) safe place live! (2) riverfront (3) assisted living (state cover most costs assets under 2k) (4) very small units (20x19 feet) 380 sq feet! - only the privileged few get selected for one of the 26 of 500 sq feet units! (5) mostly single tenant occupied units! Dual occupied doesn't qualify for the 500 square foot unit? The new management is horrible. They just let whoever they want move in. They just don't care who they let move in there now.my friend got stabbed in the hallway their to.
Had to move my Aunt out due to health. While moving nothing but rodent feces everywhere. Closets pantries kitchen bed And something made everything stick to the shelves
