I seen the pictures. I’ve talked to big guy and I’m praying to God after I fill out the application and get to move in there and live in the same place that my grandfather lived in Clarence Landrum. It’s a very nice place very clean and very respectful and I would love living there.
Updating, while it's a very safe, clean community, I'm getting evicted. Not much bad to say about here! It is a very safe, clean, well maintained dwelling. 380 sq feet units too small for king sized bed. The only real issue is the super loud fire alarm. Maintenance inspection of apartment units. Ive been a resident here these past 18 months! (1) safe place live! (2) riverfront (3) assisted living (state cover most costs assets under 2k) (4) very small units (20x19 feet) 380 sq feet! - only the privileged few get selected for one of the 26 of 500 sq feet units! (5) mostly single tenant occupied units! Dual occupied doesn't qualify for the 500 square foot unit? The new management is horrible. They just let whoever they want move in. They just don't care who they let move in there now.my friend got stabbed in the hallway their to.
