My first order with Vanlife Outfitters went great- our Thinsulate arrived early and packaged with care. On my second order, I experienced some issues with the Scopema swivels I ordered, and the manufacturer contact was not being helpful, but after expressing my concern to Vanlife Outfitters, they completely turned it around. My second order with VO of the newer version of the Promaster Scopema swivel seats didn't go smoothly like my first order of Thinsulate insulation. When the swivels arrived, the passenger swivel was incredibly stuck. There were no warnings included about this, or installation instructions. We had to hit it multiple times with a mallet to unstick it, and despite being told it would loosen over time and even with the addition of lube, it still isn't swiveling nearly as well as the driver swivel.
