I used Vanlife outfitters for most all components on a large 24V off grid airstream power system install. It was a very efficient and helpful interaction. Not only was pricing and timelines for delivery better than expected, but they went above and beyond to ensure my system wasn't missing any critical safety or functional features. The whole team was great, but Dale K. was especially helpful throughout this particular process.

Deborah has been EXCELLENT to me this year! After buying a Dometic fridge from Vanlife Outfitters, I bought a couple extra shelves for the door (that were supposed to have the Dometic sticker on them - received them and they didn't). She was meticulous in following up! Also ordered some drawer latches and.... Now buying a Fiamma awning from Vanlife (instead of other venders) ONLY because of her excellent service! GIVE HER A RAISE!!!
Every time I call these folks they are super helpful, friendly, very responsive and professional. I had an oversized expensive oversized item to return that needed to go by truck. I don't know anything about shipping by truck - the quotes I got trying to do it myself were 2.5 to 6 times more than what I ended up paying after they helped me. They went way beyond expectations and saved me several hundred dollars. In the spirit of Spinal Tap, they get an "11 out of five stars!"
