My girlfriends generously gifted me a substantial sum to treat me to a day spa - within weeks of purchasing the voucher, Vanilla closed up shop and the new business is not honouring the paid for service with zero sympathy for customers who have paid for nothing. Have been going for the last year and ow my the new owners are going to make a difference. Have always treasured my time here my therapist is a angel but the new owners are looking after staff and facilities which shows!! Thanks for making the dream team complete
