Mark has helped me over the past 2 years with all my help in bikes. He tells you straightforward if you need things or not. He helped me with a stuck seat post right before I moved to Melbourne. Genuine person great shop. 100/100

I had the best experience at Vanilla Cycles this morning that I have to share. I went in to see if a $4 bike tool was in stock. Mark gave it to me free of charge and was happy to discuss a niche issue I'm having with a front derailleur. We also chatted about the merits of various electronic and mechanical groupsets on the market. There was no expectation that I'd be purchasing any of this from Vanilla Cycles.
