It's a really good store and the owner is super nice and knowledgeable, worth going out of your way for the awesome service.
I had the best experience at Vanilla Cycles this morning that I have to share. I went in to see if a $4 bike tool was in stock. Mark gave it to me free of charge and was happy to discuss a niche issue I'm having with a front derailleur. We also chatted about the merits of various electronic and mechanical groupsets on the market. There was no expectation that I'd be purchasing any of this from Vanilla Cycles.
