Like the other review, I have not received my photos either. Contacted her many times. Each time she said she'd mail them but never has. Took the pictures in August 2018 it's now Jan 2019.
I had photos taken June 8th, 2018 for my husband’s graduation. My mom got a package through Vanilla Bean Photography and was told that it would take 3-4 weeks to receive the photos. Just after 5 weeks after the photos were taken, I messaged the photographer asking about the photos. She said that the two last classes had a lot of photos and it was taking a bit more time for the photos to come in. Okay, fair enough.
