Vanguard carried out the complete refurbishment of my parents bathroom and kitchen a couple of weeks ago and I could not be happier with the service they provided. Their strong communication throughout the project was the reassurance my parents needed and the quality of work was extremely high, would definitely recommend!

I contacted Vanguard about a damp issue I had back in April to see if they can come and have a look at the issue. The appointment was set up within 48 hours and I had a report within the first few days identifying the works needed. Once I placed the instructions to go ahead, I worked with the Operations Manager to get things moving along. Vanguard have been a pleasure to work with. They communicate in a timely manner and there's always someone at hand to answer questions should you have any. Happy with the service received.

Vanguard property services were brilliant! My boyfriend and I decided to completely refurbish our bathroom. As it was our first renovation we had the normal nerves, but Vanguard made it pain free. With a clear and detailed quote from the outset and a project manager that was always one phone call away for any updates or questions, we couldn’t have asked for more! It’s now our favourite room in the house.
