From the moment Julie called me after my inquiry things could not have gone better. Vanguard moved my family's piano from the Cape to my home on the North Shore. Excellent communication. Great advice. I wish I could remember the names of the crew, but they were so friendly, patient with my questions and did a great job. Thank goodness the piano fit in the spot I wanted. I am now playing again. Thank you!
We just completed a local move and highly recommend this company. Every interaction from start to finish was friendly and professional -- and they were very accommodating of some last minute decisions about what we could move ourselves and what would stay/go, etc. As it turned out our move happened on the hottest day we've yet experienced all year. The crew was heroic and maintained professionalism despite the oppressive heat, and we are so grateful for their hard work. Highly recommend.
Quick and efficient at packing and moving.
The Vanguard pros did an amazing job moving a huge, 7 foot solid cherry armoire from our garage into our bedroom. They strategized, strapped in, stayed in communication, lifted, hoisted, dipped and tipped and without much fanfare and zero issues - despite a pretty tricky turn and dip - delivered the behemoth unscathed to it's new home in our bedroom!
