Originally with Vanguard but moved to another institution a while back. Trying to go back to Vanguard was the thought, but their systems have issues with returning clients. It's been a month of people, paperwork and also online attempts (12 total and almost 10 hours of conversations) to just get a letter to ask for information and that they need to contact me within another week. Very horrid experience and when asking for a manager or customer service to express dissatisfaction I got they will "try to call you back". Honestl... read more
