I have been working with them on transferring an annuity and I am very concerned and losing trust in the process. I was sent incomplete paperwork, and then received paperwork that was not completed as planned. I was working with a woman who was very helpful and assured me she would follow my transfer through and now she has been promoted so I have no contact with her. If you do not have a million dollars to invest you can forget abou receiving personal support. I wish I had gone with a smaller company.
