I came for a haircut and highlights and to put it quite plainly, it was perfect! It was a 10/10 the entire experience. They were flexible with me because I got there late for my appt, but even then I got in the chair right after and it was great! The color, cut, and iron work was everything I never knew I needed and is definitely worth the time to check it out
I wish I could give you 0 Stars but unfortunately 1 star is the only option. My experience overall was very distasteful. I had a appointment scheduled for a silk press and trim, the front desk service was extremely disorganized and unprofessional they thought I was coming in for a color. when I finally got placed in a chair the woman working on my hair kept saying that she had to leave for 3 while in the mist of doing my hair. I have been going to this school to have my hair styled for a while. On today there was another Graduation going on and the student asked me the first time if she could go see her friends graduate. She was gone about 20 minutes. Then, she started my hair and left a 2nd time but did not tell me she was leaving. I blame administration for not closing the clinic to allow the students to attend so that they can have something to look forward to and celebrate with their friends. My son and I got a retwist and both girls did an excellent job!
Yall don't teach students how to even hold a pair of shears, no clippers experience when they past thier state board they should know the basic haircut, I tried call the school but no answer everytime
