After 7 years since installation one of our 3 patio zip blinds became stuck and dislodged from the vertical track. We reached out to Vanguard on the Monday and service was completed by Tuesday lunchtime. Sonny and Josh were very helpful with the fix, reprogramming of the remote control to get us back operating. For 7 years our blinds have worked perfectly daily and would recommend investing in Vanguard automated blinds
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY After Vanguard lost in QCAT, I had to chase them through my lawyers to get the money. I have previously written a review but it has been removed. Another sneaky tactic VG.
Don’t use this company. They do not manufacture products properly and fail to rectify the issue after the fact. Poor service and quality especially when it comes to installing products in marine environments. They don’t return calls nor emails. Fail to get a response even after sending a text. Definitely use another company.
We paid this company in January 2022 and they never sent us our items. We have tried more than a dozen times to contact them by email and phone and most of the time no one answers. This company has 1 star reviews on Product Review so do not believe the 5 star rating they have in Google as that is false. We are now reporting the transaction to our bank as fraudulent. Do not give them any money.
They obviously found a way to delete old negative reviews. I paid a significant amount and they never delivered. They lost the QCAT hearing and still refuse to pay it back. They don't respond to any attempts to contact and make pursuing legal action very difficult and expensive.
