I was referred to Vanessa at the end of my mortgage transaction with RBC which was proving to be an extremely negative experience - lack of advice, communication, knowledge, high rates, etc. Vanessa offered to help and advise me, even though I wasn't her client!! She answered all the questions RBC didn't, helped me understand my options, and was my sounding board during the most stressful mortgage transaction.
