Vanessa was great to work with - her communication was timely, flexible and direct. She was always available to assist, in whatever way we needed, further explain/teach around our questions, and did countless estimates for us on several scenarios which was incredibly helpful. We appreciated the way she effectively partnered with our realtors, loan officers, etc. and truly took the workload off of us as much as she could to get us across the finish line.
